Principal Joe Grehan has comprehensive onsite construction
knowledge and experience, having started in the construction
industry in 2003, after completing a Bachelor of Construction
Management. He worked firstly as a cadet for AbiGroup, then
as a project engineer and estimator, where he gathered a
thorough understanding of construction methodology and
the building process. He knows what it takes for builders to
win jobs and developers to secure lending approval.

In 2015, Joe established JBG Quantity Surveying. Adept
at preparing quality, detailed costings with great accuracy and
reliability, Joe offers competitive pricing and always delivers
to your deadline. He prides himself on his friendly approach,
his superior level of service, and his ability to consistently
get close to the actual cost of a project. He follows up and is
committed to doing whatever it takes for his clients to achieve
a positive result.
